What happens next
We confirm receipt, attend the property, document the existing conditions, and come back with what we found and a recommended scope of work.

Where a licensed or specialty trade is required, the work is coordinated through qualified and licensed specialty partners.
How pricing works
Pricing is based on scope, labour, materials and any required specialty trades. Detailed estimates and documentation are provided where appropriate. LHGS serves Ottawa, Ontario and the surrounding communities, and operates as LHGS Contracting Group Ltd.
