Why Cornerstone exists
Cornerstone Waste Solutions Canada Ltd. grew out of the waste and site-maintenance work LHGS kept encountering on managed properties. Rather than treat it as a sideline, it was built as its own dedicated waste-management company.
How the two companies relate
Cornerstone operates as its own business, and the two companies remain strategically aligned. For a property manager already working with LHGS, the relationship is intentionally seamless: the same point of contact, the same standard of documentation, and no new vendor to onboard.
